When CrossFit came to us, they had a vision for their site as unique as their workout program. It wasn't going to be just another blog; it was going to be an interactive part of the workouts themselves! Now, all participants post scores, times and daily workouts online so as to track and encourage each other. It's a truly cool use of web technology and physical excercise; and quite unique to Des Moines!
